My Wars: Nazis, Mobsters, Gambling & Corruption is a biography of former La. State Police Superintendent Francis Grevemberg who took on the mafia in his crackdown on illegal gambling and vice. The mob tried to kill him, bribe him and kidnap his children but he stood fast and crippled their operations until Governor Earl Long brought them back. In the process of performing his official duties he uncovered a cover-up in the killing of Huey Long motivated by the commencement of mob protection payoffs at the highest levels of Louisiana State government.
